How to purchase tickets from the organizers
- The ticket(s) that you'll purchase from the organizers will be claimed in an Alter Station branch of your choice. Before reserving a seat, first choose which Alter Station branch you'd like to get the ticket from.
- Call our hotline 634-7224 and look for Marilyn (Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). This hotline is in Balanghai Study Center, owned by Kalinangan Youth Foundation, Inc. (KALFI), one of the beneficiaries of the concert.
- Reserve your seat(s) with Marilyn. Please refer to the seatmap on the right in indicating the seat(s) you'd like to reserve.
- Inform Marilyn of your preferred Alter Station branch for claiming the ticket(s).
- Deposit your payment within two days to KALFI's bank account.
- Bank of the Philippine Islands

- Fax the deposit slip to 634-7224 or scan and e-mail it to info(at)madzaboutlove.com within two days of reservation. Indicate your name, landline number and mobile number in the fax/e-mail. (If steps 4 and 5 are not accomplished within two days, the organizers will make the seats you've reserved available for others to reserve.)
- Marilyn will inform you when your ticket(s) is/are ready for pick-up in your preferred Alter Station branch.
- Claim your ticket from Alter Station.
